We are tucked away down a country lane but also very central to access most of Cornwall by car, from beaches for those lazy days and brisk Autumn/Winter walks to seaside towns for a potter. If you are a foodie there are many restaurants around within driving distance in-between relaxing on your own patio in our ever changing garden. You would be most welcome. Lit up in the evening with solar festoon lighting. There are beautiful local beaches , 15 minutes from the Eden project, 5 mins from the A30 taking you to Padstow, Newquay and other local attractions

My cottage is close to the Clay Trails, Newquay and its fantastic surfing beaches, Truro, Falmouth, and the Eden Project with all the convenience of having supermarkets, restaurants, and pubs within a short drive. St Austell train station is around 10 minutes drive or 40 minutes walk. You’ll love my place because of the great location and the character of the property! My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travellers, families, and kids and pets are very welcome.
