The Swan - quiet countryside studio

In a quiet valley surrounded by fields, bordered by native woodland trees yet within easy reach of beaches and restaurants, The Swan is a former Ale House used by miners in the 1850s. In this private self-contained studio you'll find a well equipped kitchen, cosy living space with an adjoining bedroom (king-size bed) and en-suite shower room. Walk to the top of the field to watch the sunset, or have direct access to Pembrokeshire's historic footpath network, the Landsker Trail/Miners' Walk.

Decoration is modern and slightly quirky. The cottage sits within our main house gardens. We live in the countryside with 360 degree views. You can see the countryside down to the sea and Caldey Island from the cottage bedroom windows. All the main attractions are within 30 minutes drive.

The name Dan Y Ser is Welsh for under the stars, as you will gaze into the night sky from the bedroom through the large velux windows. Cosy Lodge is available throughout all seasons and is a lovely space to unwind and detox from the digital world. The flat woodland path outside Cosy Lodge takes you directly to the beach within 15 minutes and Wisemans Bridge Inn (pub). Saundersfoot is a further 15 minutes on foot. Tenby is a 15 min drive from Cosy Lodge.
