The perfect hillside haven for those looking to be in the center of it all. This private, modern, and clean space is completely new as of mid-2021 and has a well-appointed kitchen, outdoor patio with a firepit, fast internet, covered parking, radiant heat floors, and an air conditioning unit.

Just a 9-minute walk or 2-minute drive to the public beach (the beautiful Stockbridge Bowl). BBQ grill, outdoor fire pit . Tanglewood is just minutes away.

the farmhouse suite @barn & bike

A 620 sq ft. fully private suite with your own entrance in a beautiful early American eyebrow colonial. The mid-century farmhouse style is highlighted by a darling kitchenette. And don't forget the bathroom hot steam shower! Please note the kitchenette has an induction stove top and convection air fryer toaster oven. It's a great for light cooking. This 1860 river house is 1/2 mile from the charming Village of Coxsackie NY and a central location to many great destinations such as Hudson, Woodstock, Athens, and Catskill.

Master bedroom and full bath are downstairs, where there is also a lovely living room, fully stocked kitchen and mudroom with washer/dryer. Note that the attic bedroom gets closed in the wintertime. Small front sitting porch, big side lawn and flowery backyard with grill and table.
