Great for a holiday, romantic getaway or business. It has an expansive view of Lyttelton from the deck and the spa pool, perfect for relaxing in the evening as it catches the afternoon sun. It is the bottom floor of a 3 story house, fully self contained with external access and locked off from the rest of the house, with private/exclusive use of the deck and spa pool in front. There is NO Kitchen provided in the unit and there is no guest access to the swimming pool. We have a friendly golden retriever named 'Goldie.'
