This is a great stopover for people flying from East Midlands airport as it's a mere 10 minute drive, the M1 and M42 motorways can be reached in minutes, it's a central location for cities such as Nottingham, Leicester, Derby and Birmingham, also close to Loughborough which is a great for visiting students. Cyclists can step out of the front door onto the NCN 6 route which leads onto the cloud trail which goes all the way to Derby. Walkers will be spoilt for choice only being minutes away from the famous Bradgate Park, Calke Abbey and Staunton Harold.

This studio flat is in the same building like our other listing. Totally separated from main house with a modern kitchenette, a comfy double bed, a bathroom with walk-in shower and underfloor heating. Ideal for an individual or for a couple to have a nice short stay. It has a smart TV, wi-fi, central heating, micro,fridge, toaster and kettle. Has not got oven, hob, freezer, washer and dishwasher. Unfortunately not suitable for babies or children to stay. There is a roundabout almost in front.

Well equipped lodge in private grounds at Breedon on the Hill. Super cosy and insulated for winter breaks. Great walks, riding if you bring your horse, or for some peace, quiet and self isolation. Rose Cottage is our 1680’s cottage set in the heart of the the Castle Donington conservation area. Easily accessible from from the M1, M/A42, or A50, and close by to East Midlands Airport and Donington Park race track. Only a minutes walk to the Village centre and a choice of restaurants, bars and pubs. This cosy cottage has all that you might need to have a lovely break. We live nearby, and will be on hand to help with anything you may need.

This is all for your private use with your own front door, in effect a self contained unit.
