Shiloh Cottage

Slow down and experience country life on our little plot of land. The cottage is located on our 6 acre property with a tree-lined view with cows in the pasture from the front porch and a sweet view of the ducks in the pond and sheep grazing from the bedroom window. We have two Great Pyrenees dogs, a cat, and chickens. There might be occasional barking. If prolonged, we will bring them in. Fully stocked kitchen. There is always plenty of coffee, coffee creamer, and homemade scones for breakfast.

Cheerful, Private Cottage on Oak Forest Farm

Plenty of space and privacy in this cottage over looking the fields and pond. Sit back and relax watching the horses and goats graze. Located minutes away from Oak Ridge/Clinton/Knoxville. Melton Hill lake has outdoor activities, restaurant & nice walking trail and is 10 minutes away. University of TN is 23 minutes away and Oak Ridge is 13 minutes. The 16’ ceilings make this 480 sq. ft. space feel enormous. The Kitchen has a full size refrigerator, keurig, microwave & convection oven combo.

Enjoy your time at this unique and tranquil getaway situated only steps away from the scenic Cherohala Skyway. We are located at 240 Bear Lane, Tellico Plains. Our property consists of 6 cabins and 5 tiny houses. Steps away from the Cherohala Skyway and within the town boundaries, our cabins are located in a meadow with mountain views. We are just minutes from all the popular attractions, restaurants and town events. We are walking distance from grocery shopping and area restaurants.

The Cottage at Acqua Dolce

The cottage at Acqua Dolce is an adorable studio located just behind our 1827 home in the historic district of Sweetwater. Our 3 acre property is wooded with many magnificent trees and a small creek making it a park-like setting while being in town. Great for visitors of all types with easy access to shopping, hiking, white water rafting, fishing and much more. We are near many destinations including, The Smokey Mountains, Tail of the Dragon, The Lost Sea and numerous wineries .

A quaint property on an idyllic, serene country farm with 41 acres of open land, walking paths, farm animals, and lake that flows from the Tennessee river. Just 20 minutes from Knoxville, 2 hour to Smoky Mountains or Dollywood, and 2 hours to Chattanooga or Nashville. Enjoy a spacious and comfortable stay with farm amenities such as fishing on our various docks around the lake, shooting on our basketball court, watching the sunset with a fire pit, or grilling dinner outside.

In 1908 it became a the public library for almost sixty years and then became a beautiful home. Located close to hwy 75 Downtown Sweetwater has lots of Antique shops, boutiques, and great restaurants. Our home has been completely updated with all the amenities you would wish for.
