Prepare wonderful meals in the fully equipped kitchen or on the Gas Grill to eat outside or inside. Enjoy shopping, dining and exploring without the hassle of finding or paying for beach parking. Getting in the car at the end of your stay might feel awkward!

Walking distance to Oneida Lake, Casino, Amusement Park, Restaurants, Bars and more. Paved driveway for parking up to three vehicles. This is the ideal location just steps from Oneida Lake. This cottage has central air. Pets are considered on a case by case basis. Please message for more information on pets. Recent updates include a closet added to bedroom 2 (bedroom 1 has a closet also) and updated laundry to have washer and dryer onsite and new shower surround.

Brand new cottage right next door to Verona Beach State Park! Within a 3 minute walk to Verona Beach State Park on beautiful Oneida Lake with a sandy beach, swimming, hiking trails, playground, snack bar, kiddie splash pad, picnicking, waterfront walking path and amazing sunsets. Just a 15 minute walk (4 minute drive) to the Sylvan Beach resort area with restaurants, an amusement park, casino, sandy beach, canal for fishing, boat rental and events all season long!

Welcome to the Cove House at Sylvan Beach! What an incredible opportunity to relax, unwind and have some fun. Ultra conveniently located smack dab in the center of the action, yet offering as much privacy and quiet as you'll want-being the second to last house on a dead end street. Easy walking distance to the midway, the canal to toss a line in, "what's the scoop?" for some ice cream, all the restaurants Sylvan Beach has to offer and of course, the beach itself!

The Spencer at Verona Beach

Sylvan-Verona Beach is the destination place to be in central New York. The Spencer is a comfortable 2 bedroom/2 bath apartment located on the relaxing south side of the bridge just walking distance over from Sylvan Beach and all the action ranging from not only a beautiful sandy beach, many family owned restaurants, a lovely carousel, the Lake House Casino, an old time amusement park and many shops. The State Park is just south in walking distance as well.

Oneida Lake Lodge

Spacious first floor with inviting fire place, comfy living room, chest with games, and full entertainment system. Open kitchen is great for entertaining for large groups or indulging in the culinary arts. Gigabit wifi and a comfortable space for office work with a desk, working printer, drafting table and easel for creative endeavors. Quiet nights and comfortable bedrooms will give you a great night sleep--you'll need it for kayaking in the morning!

Oneida Lake Cabin: 5 beds, WiFi, parking (pets OK)

A bunkhouse/cabin on Oneida Lake, with lake access and a new dock (in season). The cabin has five single beds, a fridge and a large bathroom (with multiple sinks, toilets & warm showers). There is WiFi, a TV, radio, etc. Guests have used the cabin as a base for boating, fishing, snowmobiling, ice fishing, or as a peaceful place to stay while in the area for work. There is a BBQ grill and a large fire pit on the grounds for guest use.
