Located on a quiet cul-de-sac just 150m from the heart of the historic market town of Knutsford and 650m from the gates of Tatton Park. Originally constructed in the early 1800’s to accommodate officers working at the neighbouring Knutsford Courthouse. Catering for up to 6 guests, the house has a fully equipped kitchen, dining room and lounge. Upstairs the master has a king size bed and ensuite bathroom. Second bedroom has a double bed, third bedroom has bunkbeds and they share a shower room.

The village has two country pubs, a small shop and a train station all within walking distance. A short drive away you will find the Cheshire Showground, Arley Hall, Tatton and Dunham Estates and the market town of Knutsford with its many shops, restaurants and bars. Fieldview Cottage is a charming 100 year old cottage in Comberbach village, a lovely semi-rural location surrounded by countryside and yet well connected, 4 miles from junction 10 on the M56, 35 mins to Chester and 30 mins to Manchester airport. The local pub is a 5 mins walk and serves great food. Popular Marbury Park is close by. The village has a post office offering local essentials. The Hollies Farm shop is close by and is a great local shop to stock up on all fresh groceries.

This is a self contained, ground floor room with en-suite shower room, kitchenette and private entrance. Key safe for quick and easy self check-in. This is a newly refurbished space, with a large window and blind which makes it very light and bright but with privacy. There is a double bed with storage drawers under, a walk in storage area with hanging rail, wall mounted TV and wall mounted drop down table and foldaway chairs which make a useful eating/ work space. This delightful “Guest Studio” is situated just a short 3 minute stroll from the centre of Lymm village, where you will find good restaurants, pubs & bars. The “Guest Studio” is at the end of our garden and therefore separated over 100 yards from our main house. You will have your own separate entrance and there is a guest private parking space immediately outside. The “Guest Studio” overlooks our garden which you are more than welcome to use in the vicinity of the “Studio”.

The Little House

This lovely little house with dedicated parking is located a ten minute walk from the attractive centre of Knutsford with its numerous bars and restaurants, Tatton Park national trust property and Knutsford mainline railway station. Many event venues are within a short distance , as is junction 19 of the M6. Manchester airport is a 25min drive away. Many of our quests have described the little house as ‘sparkling clean, quirky, comfortable and well designed’.
