Studio Cosy et attenant à notre résidence principale avec une arrivée autonome possible. Il est situé à Montarnaud et offre de nombreuses découvertes : St Guilhem le désert, la grotte Clamouse, le lac du Salagou, la plage des Aresquiers à 40' et la belle ville de Montpellier. Le studio climatisé permet d'accueillir 2 adultes-1 enfant ou 3 adultes sur une courte durée. Lit fait à l'arrivée, linge de toilette fourni, terrasse privative avec barbecue. Commerces à proximité. Large Studio in a Castle with a private beach

The studio is located in the Chateau Salamon, which overlooks the Tarn river (or Lake of Lacroux) and benefits from an exceptional view. The omnipresent nature invites calm and relaxation. It has a private beach with pontoon and a "Jeu de boules" playground. Many activities: walks and hikes from the castle, canoes (included in the rental), fishing (with or without a fishing license), cultural visits, etc. Great attention has been paid to the pleasure, relaxation and aesthetics of the place.

Apres rénovationdu chateau de Candeze datant de 1480,situé dans un des plus beaux villages de France,nous avons réhabilité la partie basse du chateau,pour en faire un appartement de 100 m2 avec accès privée sur une des plus belle rue de ce village médiévale. Calme,repos,fraîcheur vous attende à l,intérieur ou dallage ancien,voûte en pierres,anciennes portes,meubles anciens créer le décor. Appartement spacieux avec une grande piece family room. Vous aurez accès a un grand parc attenant.
