Lovely Neukölln Apartment

Es handelt sich um eine kleine Wohnung im Hinterhaus unseres Berliner Altbaus erbaut 1902, Die Wohnung hat einen eigenen Eingang (Hinterhaus) ist aber mir der großen Wohnung verbunden !! ( Trennung durch Doppeltüre und Doppelte Hauswand). Die Wohnung wurde im Jahr 2016 komplett neu renoviert, hat eine kleine Küche ein sehr schönes Designer Badezimmer, ein großes Schlaf und Wohnzimmer sowie einen brandneuen Balkon, der zu einem kleinen Park/ Wald ausgerichtet ist, und das mitten in der Stadt !!

Meine Unterkunft nahe «Tempelhofer Feld», dem größten Berliner Freizeitpark auf ehemaligem Flughafen // recreational Park on former airport THF · S-/U-Bahn Tempelhof. /// Meine Unterkunft ist gut für Paare, allein reisende Abenteurer, Geschäftsreisende, Familien (mit Kindern) und große Gruppen. Gäste müssen zusätzlich eine Übernachtungssteuer von 7,5% bezahlen.

DasGeburtshaus der "Marlene Dietrich. Im 3. Stock im Hinterhaus befindet sich das Apartment. Es wurde renoviert in einem Stil, der Elemente eines Industrielooks und der, der 50 Jahre. Das Apartment hat 43 qm und ist ein offener Raum. Das Bad ist mit einer Glaswand vom Wohnraum getrennt. Die Küche ist offen in den Wohnraum integriert. Der Schlafplatz ist auf einem Podest.
