Lovely first floor apartment. Fully equipped with large private courtyard and free onsite parking. Situated in a quiet street which is a stones throw from a lovely french village. There is a choice of bars & restaurants. A selection of shops including a small supermarket, 2 boulangeries, butchers, florist and pharmacy. A beautiful lake with a small beach only a short walk away. It offers numerous activities including picturesque walks, fishing and during summer, aqua sports & bar/restaurant.

Chaillac Self contained Studio

The studio is five minutes walk to the centre of Chaillac, with its bars, restaurants and supermarket. Walk the other way and you are at the lake, with its beach and picnic areas. Free parking. The studio has a private entrance, and is up one flight of stairs. We provide a double bed, and a sofa bed, kitchen, dining lounge area and a separate shower room. The kitchen is equipped with fridge, microwave, two ring hob and kettle. The television has French channels, but has hdmi and USB ports.

Cette petite maison est située à 5 minutes de l’A20, 10 km d’Argenton-sur-Creuse, 10 km de Saint-Benoît-du-Sault, 14 km d’Eguzon : vous pourrez ainsi découvrir facilement toute cette belle région. Attention, la maison n’a pas le wifi et le réseau téléphonique n’est pas très bon : vous serez donc obligés de vous détendre, de vous reposer et de profiter de la nature ! En hiver, le chauffage se fait uniquement au poêle à bois. Vous pourrez vous installer dans les fauteuils, bien au chaud.

La Maison Mignonne is renovated stone cottage, situated in a quiet hamlet in the Haute-Vienne region of South West France. It has been sympathetically restored, combining traditional character with contemporary comfort. There are two bedrooms (one with a double bed and one with two singles), bathroom (with bath and shower), and open plan lounge-kitchen downstairs. All mod cons are provided: dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, fridge-freezer, wood-burning stove, TV.

'The Studio'

The Studio, a calm space, in a very tranquil location, to spend a few days, or break up a long journey. It is hidden away in our peaceful smallholding in Central France, and yet just 20 minutes from the A20. Close to villages and small towns where you can find Boulangerie's, shops and restaurants. The Studio sleeps 2, but a travel cot (and bedding) for babies can be provided (please message to check for availability, as we have one travel cot between two listings)

Les gites du vieux verger, gîte 2 personnes situé à la gauche de la ferme, avec un porche et une porte d'entrée individuelle. Une terrasse privée avec un jacuzzi (fermé du 06 oct au 10 avril) et un salon de jardin permettent de prendre le soleil, on y accède en traversant la cour. Un barbecue est fourni, vous permettant de manger en plein air et de profiter des belles soirées estivales. Nous laissons également à disposition des produits pour votre petit déjeuner.

It has an open plan kitchen diner with lounge area, including three seater reclining sofa and chair, oak dining table with 4 chairs, oak sideboard, satellite TV - French and English , unlimited wi-fi, electric radiator and fire. Everything you need is in the kitchen, tea, coffee, utensils, etc. Sheets and towels are included.
