This 61 m² garden apartment offers space to arrive and breathe. It sits quietly and close to nature in Wandlitz, about a 5-minute walk from Lake Wandlitz, with a separate entrance and its own terrace. Swimming spot just around the corner: only 300 m away is a free bathing spot on Lake Wandlitz — steps lead into the lake right in the woods, and dogs are allowed in the water too. The apartment is intentionally designed for a maximum of two adults – not a family setup, but a place for retreat, focused work, or relaxed days out in nature. We place particular value on sustainability: the apartment runs on climate-friendly heating, modern boiler/heat-pump technology, and a solar system – for a good feeling throughout your stay.

Dvorac Lanke #3 "Henriette"

Dvorac Lanke izgrađen je kao barokni dvorac oko 1600. godine, a oko 1850. godine proširio ga je grof von Reedern i pretvorio se u dvorac u stilu francuske renesanse. Grof von Reedern je bio glavni Chamberlain kraljeva. Schloss Lanke je bio jedna od svojih 12 seoskih kuća i uglavnom ga je koristio za primanje gostiju i održavanje kulturnih događaja. Nakon njegove smrti, imovina je prodata saveznoj državi Berlin, koja je ovdje održavala bolnicu do 1997. godine. Palača Lanke je 2010. godine kupila i renovirala nekoliko berlinskih porodica. Trenutno postoji osam stanova za odmor u Schloss Lankeu, stanovi porodica vlasnika, kao i seminar za događaje i kancelarijski prostor u prizemlju. Ljeti, registarski ured opštine Wandlitz koristi vrtnu dvoranu kao sobu za vjenčanja, a naši koncerti na otvorenom održavaju se u parku.

Welcome to this unique carriage house (90sqm). Built in 1922, it has been carefully restored and converted with high-quality materials. This romantic remise is located on Potsdam villa premises featuring old fruit and walnut trees, directly at the shore of Jungfernsee. In the summer, you can enjoy a swim in the lake before breakfast, if you wish. Only a stone’s throw away from the world-famous Glienicke Bridge. For decades during the Cold War, the bridge was the place where spies were exchanged.

Wir sind gemütlich eingerichtet und bieten eine komplette, offene Wohnküche mit separatem Essbereich, einen gemütlichen Wohn- und Schlafbereich, perfekt für 2 Personen sowie ein modernes Duschbad. Aufbettung möglich. Eine Terrasse mit Sitzmöglichkeit ist nicht vorhanden.

Umgeben von Seen und Kanälen in unberührter Natur, die zu jeder Jahreszeit ihren eigenen Reiz hat. Das separate, sehr private, charmante Kutscherhaus des Anwesens bietet Platz für 4 Personen. Ein Kamin sorgt zusätzlich für wohlige Wärme, ein großer Garten mit Terrasse lädt zum Grillen + Chillen ein.

Der nahe gelegene See lädt zum Entspannen ein. In 100 Metern Entfernung befindet sich ein SPA-Ressource. Wenn Sie mit dem Auto anreisen, gibt es in der näheren Umgebung viele schöne Ausflugsziele, die Sie überraschen und zum Entspannen einladen werden.

The surrounding gardens are a work in progress. The property is quite large and you can always find a quiet and peaceful spot in the sun. The night sky is wonderful for star gazing. Up to 10 stork families nest in the village from April to August each year.
