Apartman je udaljen nekoliko minuta hoda od glavne ulice Yeppoona koja je prepuna kafića i restorana. Također je vrlo blizu plaže i mirne lagune u Yeppoonu. U kompleksu se nalazi bazen, a mali psi su dobrodošli (manje od 5 kg). Postoje fotografije i tlocrt stana, ugaona kada je kada, a NE spa. Također, imajte na umu da zbog dizajna ovi stanovi nemaju pristup za osobe s invaliditetom. Iz garaže se ulazi u smještaj stepenicama. Šetnja iz grada može biti ubitačna :-)
