After our storming success for 6 years with our cosy Hayloft Apartment, we have totally refitted the bathroom, installed a brand new kitchen and added a single bedroom / study. Fresh paint, blinds and carpets throughout! Guests have dedicated parking [Now with EV Charging] a private patio for sunny breakfasts, lunches or sundowners. Beautiful cottage in village location

Located in a small village with beautiful countryside views, this spacious, 150 year old character cottage is self-contained with a garden to the front and a courtyard to the rear. It has two bedrooms, a newly refurbished bathroom, beamed living room and spacious kitchen diner. The cottage is 7 miles north of Melton Mowbray on the Notts / Leics border. Originally converted from a barn in the 1850s, it has been recently refurbished to a high standard but still retains many original features.

The Fuller's Shed All Weather Private Hot Tub

This cosy lodge offers a romantic haven for couples wanting to relax in peace. The luxury interior is styled to impress with every comfort catered for. Outside the covered veranda has a private hot tub, swing seat, outdoor hot shower and dining area where you can kick back and relax. Whether you want to stargaze, ramble, or relax, this is the ideal quiet venue with stunning sunsets and views over rolling countryside, horses, sheep and alpacas. Adults only. 2 guests max. Sorry, No pets.

The Den self-contained annex.

The Den is a self- contained annex, which is very comfortable for 4 guests. It will provide everything you need for a short or long stay in Melton Mowbray. We provide tea, coffee, bread, milk etc. The property has a fitted kitchen with washing machine and tumble dryer. An open living space leads to two bedrooms with king size beds, & a bathroom with a walk in shower. There is parking for two cars on the drive and plenty of on street parking. Check in is from 3pm, & check out is by 10am.

Drift View Shepherds Hut

Welcome to Drift View, lovingly designed and built by ourselves and set on our family farm close to the Rutland/Leicestershire border. The hut is positioned in a private and secluded orchard, next to the farmyard and offers stunning views of the rural landscape. You can experience the peace and tranquillity the location provides whilst enjoying the luxury of the shepherds hut which has an en-suite with shower, fully equipped kitchen, double bed and both indoor/outdoor dining areas.

Little Oaks at Hillview

Beautiful, Luxurious, Home from Home Shepherds Hut. Nestling in its own fenced spinney with 300 year old Ash and Oaks trees around you, Little Oaks is rural, isolated and private. You can enjoy the wood fired hot tub, fire pit, BBQ or Pizza oven with only the sheep, goats, horses and chickens on our farm watching. Looking out over rolling countryside, our home built hut is cosy, beautifully appointed, and built to an exacting specification, somewhere we would love to stay!

With a permenant double bed and the option of a second pull out double bed we cater for either a couple or group of four. Self catering facilities, a fully fitted shower room, a TV and WiFi combined with an extensive network of foot paths, bridle ways and national cycle routes makes our pods the perfect hub for your country escape.

Beautiful Conversion in Rutland Countryside

Come and stay in our lovingly converted barn in the middle of the Rutland countryside. Perfect for a quiet get-away with lots of walking and cycling from the doorstep. Set in a 3 acre plot of our family home, you will have access to a private garden at the rear of the property plus our orchard should you wish to bring 1 small - medium sized dog with you. Unfortunately, the property is not suited to large dogs.

You will drive off the quiet country road, up the farm track and arrive at Top House Farm where your Shepherds Hut, Hot Tub and BBQ Hut are awaiting. The recently upgraded Shepherds Hut contains a king sized bed, Kitchenette, Dining Area and En-suite Shower Room. The Hot Tub is ready for you on arrival and the BBQ Hut is the best place to settle down for the night around the fire.

Flaxlands Farm Shepherd’s Hut and wood fired hot tub is set in its own three acres of meadow and woodland on a working farm in the rolling countryside of Leicestershire. It’s very unique and we think it’s beautiful with its hammocks in the woods,& large pond ….did we mention the gorgeous wood fired hot tub!❤️ Only one shepherds hut is located in the field so you have total privacy
