About five years ago, my parents and I began building cozy wooden cottages here, and we created the Gastro Space to revive the rich traditions of old Georgian cuisine. My father handcrafted the cabins with care and love, while my mother brought back long-forgotten traditional dishes that tell the story of our heritage.
