Five-minute drive to downtown, close to the airport, grocery store, gas station and Tim Hortons, and down the street from fantastic walking trails.

It is close to restaurants, fast food, grocery stores and other stores and close to a very popular walking trail. The fire pit and backyard patio are buried under snow in the winter months. The listing says not suitable for infants and children because there’s stairs but children are welcome.
