The Shed sits on large lawn at Yarningale. Views are amazing. Ideal space for a holiday for one.Fridge, microwave, and kettle, with some basic cutlery/crockery . Canopy on summerhouse with a patio heater, should the weather be a little chilly ! Picnic bench on patio, guests are able to enjoy the tranquility of the surroundings. Toilet and shower short walk to the house. WIFI available in shed. Note the shed has an electricity £1 /£2 coin meter, Please ensure you bring, change with you.

Lane Barton Leisure Barn

The Leisure Barn, Sleeps 32, a converted cow shed with five geodesic domes with ensuite showers & WC's. Three extra bedrooms on first floor. A large astro turf games area all under one roof with table tennis pool and badminton all available along with other lawn games, boules, jenga, frisbies etc. An array of scooters makes getting around the barn much more fun. Heated Shepherd’s Hut with private hot tub

The Shepherd’s hut and art room are close to the river. There are four self catering accommodations within the grounds each has access to their own hot tubs. The Shepherd’s hut has a shower and toilet, hair dryer, dressing gowns and a heater. Sole use of the Art room is included and has full cooking facilities, a fridge, a wood burning stove, table and sofa. It is an ideal escape for a romantic weekend. The garden is festooned with fairy lights and who are invited to feed the alpacas.

Moroccan style yurt with art deco fire and cooking facilities, set in its own wooded private area with outside fire pit. With use of glass house and seating area in private grounds including woodland and paddocks to view alpacas peacocks and many more animals. We are 20 minutes from coastal areas 15 minutes from Barnstaple, the Tarka trail and Exmoor. Also their is a footpath to the local pub from the property. We are a small friendly family run business.
