Just metres from Porthilly Beach on the stunning Camel Estuary, aptly named 'Little Tides' is a beautifully converted barn. The property is tucked away in a sought after cove location on the grounds of Porthilly Farm, just a short walk across the beach to Rock. This charming little gem is an idyllic coastal getaway perfect for romantic breaks, taking it easy by the sea or for adventurous getaways alike. We run a working dairy and shellfish farm and our oysters & mussels are grown in the estuary.

It's centrally placed for both the north and south coasts for swimming, surfing, outings and walking the coastal path. A30, Padstow and NQ airport are all 10 min away. You’ll love its contemporary but homely atmosphere, the tranquility, the warm welcome, the pretty setting. Great for couples and small families ideal too for mid-season walking holidays and cosy winter breaks.

The Piggery is a lovely, cosy holiday cottage which is equipped to a high standard. There is adjacent parking and a private seating area outside. Free WiFi is available as well as Freeview TV. The location is peaceful and rural with the added bonus of easy access to the North and South coast, the A30 just 2 miles away. Visitor attractions in the local area includeThe Eden Project, Heligan Gardens, Bodmin Jail and the Port of Charlestown. A maximum of two small dogs are welcome free of charge.

Rural Retreat outside Mawgan Porth

Little Forge is a one bedroom stone annexe attached to our home. It's in a peaceful rural location. There is a courtyard garden, gated parking (shared with us), king size bed, roll top bath, shower and fully equipped kitchen. It’s a 10 min drive to gorgeous Mawgan Porth beach, pub and shops, 15 min drive to Padstow. Please note you will need a car: shops, beaches, etc are not within walking distance. The property is not step free externally or internally. We are happy to accept one dog.

The Lodge, Mid Cornwall, with Parking

"The Lodge" is a wood built studio flat in the village of Fraddon in mid Cornwall, 5 mins from the main trunk road (A30), Fraddon is surrounded by the towns of Newquay, St Austell, Bodmin and the city of Truro, locally there is a good pub in walking distance, there are many takeaways within walking distance, a retail park is a 5 minute drive away where there is a Pub/Mcdonalds, M&S and more, close by is a lovely nature trail locally across the moors if you like a good walk or cycle.

Rossland Barn in the heart of Cornwall

Rossland Barn is a detached cosy get-away situated in the heart of Cornwall, mid way between the North and South coasts. Staying here allows easy access to all that Cornwall has to offer. The property provides a Living Room/Kitchen downstairs and a Bedroom and Shower Room upstairs. Everything that is needed for a self catering holiday. It is a rural setting with farms dotted around and horses are often in the field next to the Barn. A great place to relax & unwind any time of year.

Bijou bolt hole with a sunny south aspect, in family garden, which is ideal for the lone traveller, as it only suitable for one person. Work space ready, if guest is travelling for work reasons. WiFi accessible. No TV. Separate, side gate access. Parking on driveway or on road immediately outside side gate. Close to Porth Beach and Chester Road shopping precinct. There is no carbon monoxide alarm, as no gas connection. There are however, the necessary fire alarms and extinguishers.

Our timber studio is perfect for those looking for a base whilst exploring Cornwall. It’s situated at the bottom of our garden with beautiful rural views yet only a 10min drive from the stunning North Cornish coast and 2mins off the A30. The studio has a fully fitted kitchen with fridge and gas hob, king sized bed and shower room. It has its own central heating so is lovely and snug even in winter! Guests can sit outside on the patio and enjoy the beautiful sunsets. Dogs considered.

Off-Grid Shepherd Hut & Hot Tub #1, Glamping

Stunning off-grid Shepherd Huts with wood burning stove to keep you cosy and warm, and a comfy double bed and sofa. Each hut has its own 'kitchen hut' with all you need in a basic camping kitchen. Alongside each hut is your own eco wood-fired hot tub. A compost toilet and gas shower are shared between the two huts. Rural, romantic, country setting, great for couples or the sole traveller wishing to unwind and re-charge. *Please note there is an extra charge for the hot tubs*

The Blue Bee - a cosy Cornish cottage for two

A beautiful boutique bolthole made for two on the North Cornish coast. The Blue Bee is a cosy Grade II listed cottage with all the charm of a traditionally built Cornish home, freshly renovated and lovingly restored. Located a stone’s throw from the centre of St Columb Major, a small medieval town, the cottage has easy access to both the north and south coasts, making exploring Cornwall very easy. Watergate Bay, Mawgan Porth and Bedruthan Steps are all just a short drive away.

Little Halloon Cottage is based in Mid Cornwall and is easily accessible just off the A30 at Indian Queens. 7.5 miles to Newquay, a ten minute drive to the famous Fistral beach. 15 miles to Truro, 12.2 miles to Padstow, 14 miles to Lanhydrock National Trust property,25 minute drive to the Eden project. Indian Queens has good bus links to towns such as Truro,Newquay, Wadebridge, and is the perfect base for exploring Cornwall. Newquay airport is a 15 minute drive.
