Our recently built Annexe sits on the site of the Old Village Blacksmith’s in the quiet scatter village of Caerwedros. Inside it retains the old stone walls to our cottage which feature both in the bedroom and living room . It has been finished to a high standard and is ideally suited for two people but there is a sofa bed in the living area. ONE PET only . We are situated 3miles from the seaside town of NewQuay (Wales) with its sandy beaches and Dolphins. Walking distance of the Coastal path.

Ty Clyd is set in the beautiful bay of Tresaith, West Wales, it is a gorgeous bungalow just 0.6 miles from Tresaith beach, it boasts a huge terrace with Hot Tub, 3 Good sized bedrooms one en-suite, Family bathroom and a large open plan kitchen/living/dining room. Set in quiet rural surroundings, with a footpath just 100 yards to the left of the property for those of you bringing your dogs on holiday with you. From the beach of Tresaith you have direct access to the famous Ceredigion coast path.

The annex is self-contained, but is part of our family home. Ample free parking is available.
