Ο σχεδιασμός βασίζεται σε καθαρές γεωμετρίες και φυσικά υλικά σε ανοιχτούς τόνους. Χρησιμοποιήθηκαν υλικά όπως το ξύλο και το ύφασμα, σε συνδυασμό με τεχνοτροπίες σε παστέλ τόνους, για να δημιουργήσουμε ένα φιλόξενο και ηρεμο περιβάλλον για τους επισκέπτες. Erholung pur an einem Ort absoluter Ruhe inmitten der Natur über dem lybischen Meer. Die Wohnung befindet sich im ersten Stock meines Hauses und ist über eine Außentreppe erreichbar. Sie ist 50 m² groß und hat eine 30 m² große Terrasse mit einem fantastischen Meerblick. Es handelt sich um einen Neubau der Ende 2018 fertig gestellt wurde.
