Un rêve de maison cycladique surplombant la mer

Bienvenue en Grèce, dans ma maison ! C’est une maison familiale, typiquement cycladique. Elle a appartenu à mes grand-parents et j’ai essayé d’en garder l’esprit, tout en l’adaptant aux exigences de la vie d’aujourd’hui . Une maison de village, accessible par un charmant escalier, elle est totalement protégée des bruits de la route. Exposée plein sud, (très important, car à l’abri du meltemi, vent du nord qui souffle en rafale tout l’été) , elle surplombe Klima, un pittoresque village de pêcheurs ( à 20mn à pied et 3mn en voiture) et toute la baie intérieure. Environnement très calme de grecs qui vivent là toute l’année et qu’il faut respecter. Des terrasses où prendre son petit déjeuner, et profiter des couchers du soleil incendiaires. A l’intérieur une première grande pièce commune, cuisine, salon avec un petit canapé, une salle de douche et WC, une belle chambre avec son « doulapi » (placard ) inclus dans le mur. Les plafonds sont restés traditionnels, poutres et kalami récemment blanchis à la chaux et dont la vertu est de protéger du bruit et de la chaleur, mais ni des moustiques, araignées et insectes qui peuvent nous rendre visite en dépit des soins constants apportés à la propreté de la maison ! Malgré tout, même si nous sommes tout près de la mer, nous sommes aussi dans la campagne grecque, celle des oliviers, des cyprès, et d’une flore typiquement cycladique; du chant des cigales et des grillons, la nuit tombée. Avec au loin, les clochettes des moutons et le braiment d’un âne. Ce qui rendra votre séjour dépaysant et je l'espère unique !

The sea is just 50m away. It consists of one bedroom with one queen bed, fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom (with complimentary toiletries), smart TV, air conditioning and Wi-Fi. You can enjoy food & drinks on its terrace with spectacular view of the deep blue Aegean. The port of Adamas is 5 min away with a car.

Set in Plaka Milou, 2.4 km from Gerania Beach and 2.4 km from Catacombs of Milos, Sunset Nest, offers air-conditioned accommodation with a patio and free WiFi. Where history meets modern design… Welcome to our “Sunset Mansion”. This is a fully renovated luxurious contemporary house of the 1840s, previously owned by nobles of the traditional settlement of Plaka. High ceilings, very ample spaces,, a veranda offering a unique sunset view and a design which combines simplicity and luxury are some of the key aspects characterizing this special house. We can welcome up to eight guests, each one featuring its own private bathroom.

Blue Sea House

It consists of two levels. The lower floor has two sofas that can accommodate two persons, a fully organized kitchen, a dining table, and a small w.c. The internal wooden staircase leads to the upper floor where there are two rooms that contain a double bed, two single beds, a toilet, a shower and a balcony with a wonderful view. There is a nice restaurant 250 meters from the house and some really interesting walk paths that lead you to a variety of destinations.

The Colourful Land Syrma

The Colourful Land "Syrma" is a partly cave-like boat house, fully transformed on 2022 that offers comfort, relaxation and wonderful view of Western Milos hills. The values of Cycladic architecture combined with a touch of luxury defined the design philosophy. The unified vaulted interior welcomes you with kitchenette, living room and highly eleveted king size bed which are connected with the bathroom. Surraunded by archeological hills and belong to the sea.

Matilda Milos -Athena Apartment with View

Athena Apartment is a large apartment consisted of one bedroom with a high quality COCO-MAT Mattress (200x180cm). The second room has a single bed, a single sofa-bed, a fully equipped kitchen and dining table. The bathroom is quite large and has a washing macchine as well. The linens (towels, sheets) and the pillows are of the famous brand COCO-MAT. The toiletries are Zealots of Nature. Last but not least, the apartment is equipped with a Nespresso macchine.

"Ianthini" Milos sea view houses in Trypiti

The traditional house "Ianthini" is located in the village of Tripiti on Milos. It is ideal for a quiet vacation. It is on the upper floor of a two-storey house, has been renovated in 2020 with sensitivity to the traditional Cycladic architecture. There is a large terrace overlooking the entrance to the bay of Milos. The house is delivered clean. We will be happy to accommodate you.

Από το σπίτι μας μπορείτε να απολαύσετε το απέραντο γαλάζιο και τα ωραιότερα ηλιοβασιλέματα! Βρίσκεται στο παραδοσιακό χωριουδάκι Μύτακας .Το σπίτι έχει απόσταση 2 λεπτά με τα πόδια από την θάλασσα! Είναι πρόσφατα ανακαινισμένο(2021) και πλήρως εξοπλισμένο για πολυήμερη διαμονή διακοπών. Ιδανικό για οικογένειες και ζευγάρια για honeymoon!
