The gated community has a community pool/spa and dog run. The inner courtyard has a many plants and beautiful large quartz rocks. As you walk into your private entrance Studio you will see tile plank floor, a queen bed, 55in curve tv, dresser and a little desk. Cool off in pool (rarely used by us), use outside patio (where cooking station is located, there's no kitchen in the casita). Min. from I-10 & stellar Tucson Biking Loop!!

Catalina Foothills Deluxe Guest Suite

Self Check-in with Private entrance. Stunning panoramic views of the Santa Catalina Mountains and Pima Wash. Spacious guest suite with ensuite bath and all the essentials including private patio. Great location in the Northwest Foothills that gives a feeling of being in a tranquil retreat. We are situated 15 minutes from downtown Tucson and the University of Arizona. In an hours drive you can be at Mount Lemmon for some skiing or cool crisp mountain hiking.

West Tucson Guesthouse

This is a detached studio guesthouse that is approximately 280 sq. ft in size. It shares a porch with our main house but it has good privacy. It has a very comfortable queen size bed with 680 thread-count Pima cotton linens. The place is decorated minimally and tastefully with custom furniture and original artwork. It has great views and It also comes with a parking space. It was renovated in 2021 with new paint, (floor & walls) and new countertop.

Saguaro Courtyard Retreat near National Park

If you love nature this casita is just for you. Located 15 minutes from downtown and only a few minutes from stunning hiking and mountain biking trails in the National Park. The property is very much like a botanical garden with fruit trees filling up the back and a wide variety of succulents filling the front. The casita has its own private porch while the property shares two large communal patios with outdoor dining and a fire pit.
