Beliggenheten er meget god med buss til Oslo som tar kun 25 minutter, nærmeste nabo til Tusenfryd og ligger sentralt på Vinterbro med tilgang til senter, badeplass ved Breivoll bare fem minutter unna, og god beliggenhet i forhold til Norway cup som ligger 20 min unna. Det er to soverom med dobbeltsenger, og derfor står begrensingen til 4 personer men om noen har med små barn etc i tillegg er det selvfølgelig ok👍
