Cosy house with a breathtaking view

Hydra is a very popular island because of its picturesque capital, full of red-tiled houses and stone-paved narrow alleys. Hydra is one of the few areas in Greece for which there is preservation order. Access to the island of Hydra is easy It can be reached from the port of Piraeus by hydrofoil in just one and a half hour. The particularity of Hydra Greece is that all vehicles are prohibited, a fact which increases its charm. The house is in the middle of the amphitheatrical city of Hydra and it’s a 10-15 minute walk from the port. 2 floor house in the centre of Hydra Island with a breathtaking view which can be enjoyed from all the rooms of the house. On the ground floor the veranda has 2 levels. The 1st level outside the kitchen, is covered with ceramic tiles that provide cool and shade throughout the day, which makes it a pleasure to have all meals outside enjoying the beautiful view. On the 2nd level of the veranda you can sunbathe during the day or lie on comfortable chaise longues at night and have a cocktail under the stars. Entering the house there is a fully equipped kitchen, big oven with ceramic hobs, dishwasher and a 2nd mini fridge. One room which accommodates 2 people in 2 single beds with a WC- shower and a washing machine that you can use. This room can also be used as a dining room as there is a table for 6 people and it is quite spacious with 2 windows and a perfect view. On the 1st floor there are 2 bedrooms which sleep 4 people and a bathroom with a shower. Each bedroom has got 2 single beds (they have small wheels) which can be used either separately, or as double beds by joining them and putting an extra thin double mattress on top. There is an air-conditioning unit in each bedroom upstairs and downstairs and 3 portable fans. Passing through the 1st room there is another veranda that gives a wider view of the island.

Our 200 years old traditional house is perfectly maintained and it will work as a time capsule, in which you will travel in much more authentic times, where good taste was synonymous to simplicity and people had enough time to dream. The shady garden plays the role of the conductor, sets the rules and interacts in a relaxing but at the same time demanding way. Everything takes place in or around this oasis. At the end of the day you will reconsider about values and priorities. So be our guest.

Άνετη πέτρινη εξοχική κατοικία. Χτισμένο σε στυλ παραδοσιακής αρχιτεκτονικής από πέτρα και ξύλο, είναι πλήρως εξοπλισμένο. Περιλαμβάνει ένα ανατομικό king-size κρεβάτι και 2 μονά κρεβάτια, τηλεόραση σε όλα τα δωμάτια, άνετο σαλόνι με καναπέ και πολυθρόνες, πλήρως εξοπλισμένη κουζίνα με ένα μπάνιο και ένα WC. Διαθέτει δικό του μπαλκόνι με απεριόριστη θέα, κήπο, ιδιωτική πισίνα με 4 ξαπλώστρες, ομπρέλα. Ιδανικό για ζευγάρι ή τριμελή οικογένεια. Ο χώρος είναι κλιματιζόμενος με αντλίες θερμότητας.

Απολαύστε την διαμονή σας σε αυτό τον γαλήνιο χώρο στο κέντρο του νησιού! Το διαμέρισμα μας απέχει μόλις πέντε λεπτά με τα πόδια, από το κεντρικό λιμάνι. Είναι ένας χώρος με θέα την κεντρική παραλία του Αγίου Μάμμα, κατάλληλος να φιλοξενήσει ζευγάρια και ολιγομελής οικογένειες. Ο χώρος διαθέτει ένα υπέρδιπλο κρεβάτι, έναν καναπέ-κρεβάτι για δύο άτομα, καθώς επίσης υπάρχει η δυνατότητα παροχής βρεφικού κρεβατιού. Σε απόσταση μόλις 100 μέτρων βρίσκονται οι δυο κεντρικότερες παραλίες του νησιού!
