On this former small farm you can enjoy the silence with sheep and sometimes deer close to the cottage. The new cottage is located a few minutes from the majestic sea cliff Hornelen. The area offers very good fishing opportunities and hiking in the woods and mountains. Nice beatiful studio 30sqm in the 1 floor in my old private town house built in 1905. Walking distance to the famous Ålesund City center with its jugend style arcitekture and the viewpoint Aksla. A must for all tourists. 3 min with the bus to the harbour and city center. 10 minutes walk to the seaside where you could take a swim at the beach or go for fishing. Bus stop just outside the house. Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher. Washing machine and dryer in the basement. Close to the NTNU.

Selvinnsjekk med kodelås, parkering rett utenfor og alt som trengs for et enkelt og behagelig opphold. Fløstranda, fjellturer og kaféer i sentrum ligger alt innen kort kjøretur eller gange.

Motorbåt kan leies mot ekstra kostnad, flytebrygge 50m fra huset. Gi gjerne beskjed før ankomst om båtleie er aktuelt.

Stedet vårt er nærme Ålesund lufthavn. Ålesund airport. Flott natur. Landelig og rolig. Likevel kun 20 min. med bil til Ålesund sentrum. Stedet mitt er bra for par, reiser alene, bedriftsreisende. Kan også passe for en liten familie. (Ekstra madrasser). Vi kan også være behjelpelig med transport til/fra flyplassen på sen ettermiddag/kveld. Det ligger en DØGNÅPEN (mandag-lørdag) dagligvare-butikk 2 km fra utleiestedet. Joker Vikane. Adr: Vikevegen 22.

Koseleg hytte ved hovudvegen, ei mil frå Folkestad i Volda kommune. Hytta ligg for seg sjølv og har naust, her kan ein fiske og bade. Hytta er enkel og har fire sengeplassar, i tillegg til stove og kjøken i eitt med enkel standard. Her er altan og ei garasje der det står både grill og solstolar ein kan nytte. Her er elles elektrisk oppvarming, men også ein vedomn og ved ein kan bruke.
