The studio design features everything you need in one convenient living space - a king bed with fresh white cotton bedding and luxe pillows, comfy chairs for enjoying the fireplace and TV, intimate dining area and a stylish kitchen. The bath features a double vanity, tub for two and modern shower. A full size laundry set is tucked near the back door. If you've ever wanted to experience living in a tiny home while fishing from the backyard come stay here! The second bedroom is a beautiful loft in this 6 year old 900 sq ft lakefront retreat. Cute Athens is only 5 miles away, and Canton's First Monday is 30 miles away. After a fun day of fishing, kayaking, SUP races, swimming in the lake, pedal boating, feeding the ducks, cornhole, or frisbee throwing enjoy a gorgeous east TX sunset with your favorite beverage and then a fire with s'mores.

This home was created for my wife (Sarah) after we received difficult news of her cancer diagnosis (Ewing Sarcoma) while pregnant. We were able to create an uplifting environment to support her as she battled courageously. Unable to leave the home much, we decided to bring life's beauty to her within the home and around the property. Sarah was the ultimate host who loved to bring people together. We now visit for my little kids to remember their mom. We hope you enjoy it as much as we do!

The Farmhouse is one of 4 cottages that are newly constructed in Pawhuska. Living room with vaulted ceiling, full kitchen with dishes, pots and pans and utensils. Coffee bar with various coffees and teas, sweeteners and creamers. There is a large dining table with plenty of room for eating or playing games. Special touches with exquisite woodwork and decorated with charm. Outside is a large pavilion with tables and plenty of seating. These cottages are one street over from the Mercantile.

Art House Bird Sanctuary at EBC Sculpture Park

The Art House is set in a Sculpture Park being Developed by the artist Tom and Carol Holmes. The Park is 38 acres of rolling hills, grass land with valley views, bordered by two streams and woodlands. The views are magnificent. The house is set on the second tier of three rolling hills 1000 feet up from the road. The property is the newest building project/ABNB offering from Tom; who creates magical and life changing experiences...in the landscape; at EBC Bird Sanctuary Sculpture Park.

Cookeville is centrally located between Nashville, Knoxville, and Chattanooga.
