Studio op de zolder van onze schuur voor 2 personen met eigen badkamer (en CV-ketel), keuken, airconditioning, verwarming, insectenhorren, smart TV, WIFI en gezamenlijk erf en tuin met diverse zithoeken. Our romantic windmill (1874) is just a few miles from Amsterdam in wide green fields and along a meandering river: "Gein". Easy access to the A'dam. by car, train or by bike. You have the entire windmill to yourself. Three floors, 3 bedrooms with double beds: it easily sleeps 6, a kitchen, living, 2 toilets and a bathroom with bath/shower. Bikes available + kayak. Just leave some extra money if you did use them. No need to reserve ahead. Great swimming water and small landing just in front.

In the winter, you sit comfortably with your hot chocolate by the fireplace and play board games. At the end of the day, you flop down satisfied in the hanging chair in the sunny conservatory.

Zeer compleet huis op een eiland met een eigen motorboot. Dit alles in een mooie omgeving met veel natuur, waar voldoende te doen is voor iedereen. In de tuin kunt u lekker luieren in een hangmat, trampoline springen, kanoën, suppen en zwemmen vanaf je eigen steiger. In de omgeving kunt u verder wandelen en fietsen naar het nabijgelegen dorp Breukelen en/of wandelen langs de Vecht. Vanaf station Breukelen bent u met de trein binnen 25 minuten in het centrum van Amsterdam of Utrecht.

This location is for nature lovers and those seeking tranquility. From the houseboat you have a view of a nature-friendly bank that is ecologically managed by the local residents. You can view the many types of water birds and even the Kingfisher and the Cormorant come to catch a fish every now and then. The water is of very good quality and you can swim from the boat. You can also rent an electrically powered rowing boat from us to explore the area from the water.
