Exterior is still a work in progress. Surrounding locations and attractions such as Garner State Park is only 25 minutes away. House Pasture 23 mins away. 1 hour drive to Mexico or the casino at Eagle Pass. A quite country place to stay while doing business or pleasure exploring the local area & river locations.

A quiet family friendly getaway perfect to unwind, relax, bird watch and disconnect from everyday life. Wi-fi is not available. Sleeps up to six people. Bottom level has a full size bed, full bath, fully stocked kitchen,stove, full size refrigerator, coffee bar, screened in porch. One bathroom inside and half bath outside. Located 16 miles N. of Uvalde, bumpy entrance road is 1.2 miles N. of Chalk Bluff. Park. The cabin is 1/4 mile, walking distance to the clear, beautiful Nueces River.

Drive through the Hill Country on the Twisted Sisters, enjoying the beautiful scenery and wildlife. Close by, you can enjoy floating or swimming in the Frio River and the Sabinal River at the Utopia Park. Utopia has a renowned golf course featured in the movie Seven Days in Utopia. Concan 20 miles away also has a golf course.

For the chef- This kitchen is fully stocked with table service, kettles, baking pans, blender, mixer, electric griddle and much more. Each of the three bedrooms has a queen-sized bed. Completing the house are two full bathrooms and hiding behind a sliding barn door you will find a laundry complete with washer, dryer, iron and ironing board.

This amazing gem is tucked into a great neighborhood, only 2 blocks from Hospital, Hwy 90, and very close to local shops and dining. About 30 minutes to Concan, and only about 15-20 minutes to the beautiful Nueces River. The suite offers extra privacy and plenty of peace and quiet, has super fast WIFI, a 43' smart Tv, full kitchenette, a comfy recliner, and all towels, linens and dishes, PLUS outdoor seating area and designated parking.

Relaxing Cabin on the Sabinal River

The Cabin is an acre located right on the beautiful Sabinal River with access to 600 feet of riverbank and easy walk into town. Architect designed, the cabin has high ceilings and lots of glass to bring the outdoors in. Relax in the hammock underneath gigantic cypress trees. Enjoy the sunset while the deer come through the yard and fireflies dance. We have two bedrooms on the ground level with a small loft (single bed) above the bedrooms.
