Relax with the whole family at this peaceful, updated home just 7 minutes from the University. Centrally located yet in a super quiet, safe neighborhood away from the hustle and bustle of students and university activities. The house is fully stocked with everything you need, including a fridge with ice maker, cookware, dishes, coffee makers (both kinds), blender, mixer, toaster microwave, etc. We have ATT fiber internet (very fast) and smart TVs with dish network plus a sports extra package.

Beautiful estate house that has it all! Conveniently located 2 miles from I20/59 (Exit 89). It has 6 bedrooms 4 1/2 baths, formal dining, family room, two huge rec rooms.
