Waterfront house on the Redondo Beach Boardwalk. Large groups will rest easy at this 7 bedroom luxury home, but respectfully no parties and no outside noise after 11pm. This gem is located in one of Seattle’s most charming and desirable neighborhoods. Walk along the quaint, waterfront boardwalk to Salty's (temp closed). Afterwards, enjoy dinner or a glass of wine on the beautiful fenced-in outdoor elevated patio watching the boats sail by in Puget Sound or a soak in the warm spa. Use my Kayaks!

Private beach cabin, Vashon Island

Some say the cabin has a nautical feel with galley kitchen, wood paneling and brass light fixtures. In the bathroom, copper pipes become towel racks. Outside there are deck chairs and more by the water along with a meditation maze made from beach stones. The lighthouse is a short beach walk away. The reading and writing room, across the path, is a refuge for solitary study or work. Enjoy the water, marine life and birds here where each season brings new joy and sometimes, excitement.

The house, comfortable but elegant, has a truly breathtaking panoramic view of the Puget Sound and a private deck where you can sit back and watch the sun rise or set. Please Note: Because of Covid-19, we stipulate one day between the departure of a guest and the arrival of the next guest to allow our housecleaner adequate time to safely clean the house.

RV parking is also available. The beach is littered with oysters & clams. The expansive deck is ideal for entertaining or enjoying the views from the hot tub. The home has been in our family for over 100 years. The flavor is Northwest Beach while also trying to make your stay as comfortable as we can. Our home boasts hand-hewn original rustic beams, yet also offers full wifi, TV with Netflix / Amazon Prime/ Hulu: Sonos speakers.
