Welcome to our cozy cabin! Nestled by the edge of a peaceful pool, you'll find a hot tub that comfortably accommodates up to five people, offering a stunning panoramic view of the lake. The jacuzzi and sauna is available year-round. The swimming pool is open until 6th of October, perfect for cooling off during warmer months. We also provide two paddleboards. Nature is just outside your door and in the evening you will watch the sun set over the lake. We look forward to welcoming you!

The accommodation offers a unique experience of relaxation by the lakeside, featuring a private sauna, hot tub, and a tranquil relaxation area right by the water with its own jetty. Just a few steps from the sauna, you can take a refreshing dip in the clear lake and then unwind in the warm jacuzzi. Simsjön is a scenic and peaceful spot, perfect for escaping everyday stress and spending quality time together. You can borrow your own boat to explore the lake and enjoy fishing 🎣🌿

Wake up to breathtaking lake views every morning through the large panoramic windows that invite nature right into your living space. Here, you’ll find tranquility, beauty, and stillness, along with a wide range of activities – whether you’re looking to unwind or explore.

Modern tiny house - 100 m to the lake!

A tiny house, 36 sqm, with modern furnishings from 2019 with large terrace, 100 meters from the lake. Fully equipped kitchen, lounge area with a sofa bed, toilet with shower and washing machine. Air conditioning. Bedroom with a bed 140cm. In the middle of the nature, in a forest full of mushrooms and berries. The lake is perfect for long-distance skating in winter. Possibility to loan a boat or raft in the summer, and a wood-fired hot tub in winter time. Wifi. TV. Barbecue.

Hus på Gården

Här kan ni uppleva tysnaden och ta en paus i livet. Närhet till natur och bad. I huset finns det el bastu och tillgång till spa bad ute. Vid våran egen sjö kan ni avnjuta vedeldad bastu och bad i sjön, varför inte en tur på sjön med flotten i tysthet. Tillgång till 2 st cyklar finns, för en tur i omgivningen. Ingen rökning inomhus på hela boendet, rökning utomhus tillåten Vintertid tar vi ut en kostnad av 200 sek för upptagning av isvak om gäster önskar vinterbad

Fin Stuga 6 personer med utespa och lugnt läge.

Egen liten stuga på 52m2 + 25m2 loft och stor altan med utomhus bubbelbad för 6 personer. Mycket modert och fint boende för sig själv med värden i eget hus på tomten. Egen parkeringsplats med plats för 3 bilar. I direkt anslutning till vänern och 12km bilvägen in till stora torget Karlstad. Liten eka med elmotor finns att tillgå om så önskas. Har man egen båt med sig kan man lägga den vid bryggan. Sommartid kan man få låna mindre båt med elmotor (se bild)

Önskar du komma till lugnet mitt i naturen? En lantlig idyll på ca 90 kvm, fristående fastighet med kök, badrum, vardagsrum, tre sovrum samt uterum och altan. Det finns möjlighet att hyra spabad för en extra kostnad. På gården driver vi även en restaurang med olika evenemang under sommaren. A typical charming Swedish red cottage in lovely surroundings. Around 15 min walk to a beautiful lake Toften. Swimming, fishing, birdwatching, hiking, mountainbike ride, ice skating in the winter. Fully equipped house with all year around standards that can accomodate 6 people. It is very quiet and peaceful place. Towels and bedsheets are included ! A cottage in the middle of the forest near Högsjö

The house is located in the middle of the forest, it is very quiet and peaceful. Perfect for getting away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. There are 3 lakes within 20 minutes walking distance and there are more than enough opportunities for walking, cycling, mountain biking, swimming, boating, motorcycling, etc. Open canoes (2) and the hot tub are available for rent. Charcoal is available for purchase.

Hemtrevligt inredd kvarn från 1800-talets början

Fantastisk kvarn med historia från 1500-talet. I köket finns diskmaskin induktionshäll, ugn och micro, kyl/frys. I det lilla tv-rummet finns en smarttv. På övervåningen var det en snickeriverkstad som nu är ett modernt tv-rum med wifi, förstärkare,Chromecast, högtalarsystem och projektor. Dusch finns i källaren. Altanen mot fårhagen har trädgårdsmöbler och spa bad. Vedspis i köket.Bastu finns.
