Et annet hus har to leiligheter som leies ut på AIRBNB.(«Rofshus» og «Rofshus 2») På sommeren er det tilgang til bord, stoler og grill utendørs. Rauland har 140 km oppkjørte skiløyper, 5 min unna med bil. 10 min til skisentra. 5 min med bil til Rauland sentrum med butikker og elbil-lader. Flott turterreng sommer/høst.

Hytta ligger rett ved en innsjø med bade- og fiskemuligheter. Man har panoramautsikt mot vannet og Gaustatoppen fra stua. Hytta ligger kun 8 km fra Bø Sommerland og 20 km fra Lifjell vinterland .Omtrent 5 km fra hytta finner du Grønkjær skianlegg med flotte langrennsløyper. Beliggenheten midt mellom Bø og Notodden gir muligheter for handel og restauranter. Om sommeren er det mulig å leie kanoen ( på deling med min andre hytte i området) mot kr. 350,- i døgnet.

Sengeplass til 2 voksne, 1 barn i reiseseng. Praktfull beliggenhet ved Totakvannet. Her kan dere nyte ro og stillhet. Høy standard. Naturen kommer inn i stuen. Rådyr, harer, rev og hjort kommer ofte forbi. Yrende fulgleliv. Tranene har landingsplass her på vei inn til sine hekkeområder. Middelalder «prestvegen» går forbi eiendommen og kan følges gjennom skogen til Sandane som er badestranden med stor B. Sol fra midt på dagen.

Dette unike stedet har sin helt egen stil. Bruk dette stedet som base mens du opplever hva nærområdet har å tilby med korte kjøreturer feks til; Gygrestolen, ca 10 min. Lunde sluse, ca 10 min. Vrangfoss sluser, ca 15 min. Bø Sommarland, ca 15 min. Norsjø ferieland, ca 25 min. Norsjø Golfklubb, ca 25 min. Lifjell, ca 25 min med alpinanlegg og mange skiløyper/topper eller bare slappe av og bruke nærområdets mange fine steder.

Minihus med fantastisk utsikt over Otra. Det er ovn med vedfyring til oppvarming i hytten og oppladbare lys for en hyggelig og avslappende atmosfære🛖 Enkelt lite kjøkken ute med dobbel gassbrenner. Det er fullt servise, bestikk, glass, gryter og stekepanne. Hyggelig bålområde med blåpanne og mulighet for å lage mat på bålpanne.🔥 Utedo med biotoalett og enkel håndvask med fotpumpe. Det er ikke strøm.

Small cabin on island

"Kjempehytta" is an Idyllic small cabin located on a beautiful island in Lake Toke in Bamble, Telemark. A perfect place to see the the starry night sky, and enjoy nature. In summer you can go swimming an fishing in the lake. To get to the island you need to padle a canoe. The canoe and two lifejackets are included in the rent. Welcome to Gamlestua. Older timber cabin built in 1916 completely renovated 2021/22 with new bathroom and kitchen. Gamlestua is located in the yard of the farm Hovde in Skurdalen, with a short distance to Geilo, approx. 9km from the centre, 10 minutes' drive.
