Det er tilgang på kaffemaskin, tv, Internett, balkong, parkering og badstue. Leiligheten ligger på Fygle, og er et sentralt område med en nydelig utsikt med fjell og sjø. I hovedrommet er det åpen planløsning med stue og kjøkken. Gjestene kan benytte seg av hele leiligheten, men det er et rom som er avlåst.
