Sie wohnen nur 400 m von der U-Bahn-Station Schlachthausgasse (Linie U3) entfernt. Die Sie in weniger als 10 min direkt ohne Umsteigen zum Stadtkern, dem Stephansplatz bringt.

Das Haus liegt in einem wunderschönen Villenviertel über Wien. Der Autobus ist 5 Minuten zu Fuß, die Straßenbahn bis in die Innenstadt 10 Minuten den Hügel hinunter. In Gehweite gibt es ein hervorragendes Restaurant und im Sommer einen Eissalon. Außerdem ein großes Freibad, das Schafbergbad. Es ist eine ideale Art eine Stadt zu besuchen - ein Haus völlig im Grünen und doch in der Stadt. Gute Laufstrecken in der Nähe, die direkt vor dem Haus beginnen.
