99 - The house between fjord and mountain

Huset er totalrenovert i 2023. Tømmerveggene er fra 1600-tallet og noe er bevart innvendig. Boarealet er 100m2 og inneholder tre soverom, tre bad og et stort kjøkken/allrom. Fra allrommet er det utgang til delvis overbygd terrasse på 24m2. Soverom 3 har egen terrasse under tak. Gratis parkeringsplass til mange biler og 7KW lader for elbil. Det er 200m til offentlig badestrand og leikeplass. Et utmerket sted for avslapning og dagsutflukter. Vertskapet bor i nabohuset og er gjerne behjelpelig.

Beautiful apartment in Molde with panoramic view

The apartment is beautiful and has the best view! It is central in Molde, on the west coast of Norway. It is 88 m2, and is suitable for 4 persons. Two can sleep in the Master bedroom, 1 in the guest bedroom & 1 on the sofa in the big livingroom. I also have 2 air mattresses if there is more than 4 people (max 8 adults+1 kid). Free parking outside and busses going. Possible to walk to the center of Molde with shopping streets, malls and restaurants with a nice view over the fjord and mountains.

Sokkelleilighet i huset vårt i Hjelvika i Vestnes kommune. Mange flotte turmuligheter i nærheten. Innen en times kjøring finner man Trollstigen, Rampestreken, Romsdalseggen, gondolen på Åndalsnes. Molde, Atlanterhavsveien, Ålesund. Mulighet for barneseng eller ekstra madrass etter avtale. Vi som bor på stedet er en småbarnsfamilie. Vi høres, da det er lytt mellom etasjene. Vi har hund, katt, høner i hagen og mange dyr på gården, så de som tar med eget kjæledyr må ta hensyn til dette.

It offers a perfect setting for relaxation and for taking in the stunning views, while also serving as an ideal base for sightseeing, hiking, swimming, or fishing in the fjord or nearby river. Flott rorbu i vakre omgivelser og egen strandlinje

Lad batteriene på dette unike og rolige overnattingsstedet. Nyt vakker utsikt innover mot Tresfjorden og bratte fjell. Stedet ligger på solsiden av fjorden. Det er kort vei til Trollstigen, Åndalsnes, Molde og Ålesund. Fantastiske turmuligheter og naturopplevelser finnes i nærområdet. Privat strand hører med. Rorbuen har hems I tillegg til de to soverommene. Hemsen har to madrasser på 120cm x 200cm. Der finnes fryser. Det er varmepumpe til oppvarming og til avkjøling.

Modern cabin w/ spectacular sea view / evening sun

Modern cabin with spectacular view of the fjord and sea. Sunshine (if lucky) until 10:30 pm in the summer. Big terrace with a gas grill for eating out. Distance to Molde centre 10-12 minutes by car. We have a small boat w/10 HP engine in the nearby Marina Saltrøa, around 5 minutes walk from the cabin, which can be used for free if the weather conditions are good enough. Just pay for the gasolin. Fishing gear at your disposal at the cabin.

Bo midt i et aktivt gårdsbruk, omringet av nydelig natur og mange turmuligheter. Om sommeren kan du se og høre kyr som gresser rundt huset, ta frokosten på en benk ved vannkanten og gå på turer i skog og fjell. Om vinteren kan du nyte varmen fra peisen i stua og om det er rikelig med snø kan du gå på ski i trakket løype i skogen like ved. Det er også muligheter for å låne en båt for å ro på fjorden eller benytte oppvarmet basseng i huset.

Saltbuen gården ligger i Hjelvika. Her kan du bo i et koselig gammelt hus sentralt i Romsdalen. Huset har to soverom, med i alt 6 sengeplasser. Stedet har fasiliteter som badstu og badestamp. Badestampen kan leies for 300 kr om dagen. Muligheter for også å leie båt, sykler, hengekøye og kajakker. Stedet har stor inngjerdet hage. Her kan du grille med kull eller gass, eller fyre opp i bålpannen. Stedet ligger like ved E 136
