There is no central heating or air conditioning, but heater and fan are provided. The house is 25 minutes from the beaches of Comporta, Melides, Sines, etc. Fiber Internet.

A casa do Aqueduto da Prata é de arquitetura tradicional, recentemente modernizada. Fica localizada no Centro Histórico de Évora, junto ao Aqueduto da Água da Prata, na zona onde este cruza a Muralha Medieval. Dista 600 metros do Templo Romano, da Sé Catedral e da Praça do Giraldo. A Capela dos Ossos fica a 800 metros.
