Importante : Será cobrada à chegada uma taxa municipal turística de 1,50€ por pessoa e por dia. Esta taxa é limitado a um máximo de 4 dias, ou seja, 6€ por pessoa.

É um T0 com carácter, perfeitamente iluminado por luz natural, equipado com mobiliário e eletrodomésticos novos e decorado com obras de arte de autoria da proprietária, artista plástica local.

Quiet and bright apartment. The three large bedroom have wardrobe and dresser. The living room has a balcony where you can enjoy a nice Reading session or justa a bit of fresh air. The kitchen is Fully equipped and has laundry room. The privileged location is a few meters from the Dom Afonso Henriques Stadium. 5 minute walk from the historical center, World cultural Heritage and Less than 10 minute you will find The Ducal Palace and The Castle.

De studio met het vier meter hoge plafond bevindt zich in het traditionele en beschermde wijndorp Provesende in het hart van de Dourovallei, Unesco werelderfgoed. Het is onderdeel van het grote authentieke woonhuis met muren van een meter dik. Het heeft een eigen ingang en een terras in de tuin. In het huis bevinden zich drie studio's met eigen ingang en twee kamers. De tuin en het zwembad zijn voor gemeenschappelijk gebruik.

O Cantinho do Colégio is a renewed place with minimalist features and some romantics details. It was designed to be exceptional, original, clean and comfortable. Located in the city centre of Lamego, close to the Cathedral (Catedral da Sé), you may enjoy the city and the Douro Valley with all the comfort. This building, full of history, was build in the XVIII century and worked as a private school intil 2013.
