m&m’s amazing new apartment

Welcome to the m&m's apartment, cozy, relaxing and quiet space. Apartment is located in the historical part of Belgrade, Vracar, near the Saint Sava's Temple, the biggest Temple in Balkans. To reach the downtown, you can take a trolleybus on the next corner or you can take a walk for about 15 minutes. Museum of our scientist Nikola Tesla is only a few minutes from your apartment. The fantastic open-air Kalenic green market is only about 5 minutes walk. The nearest supermarket is 20 m far away.

This 80 square meters apartment has two bedrooms divided by large kitchen/dining/living area. The apartment is located in walking distance from major Belgrade touristic sites – National Assembly, Museum, and Theater, Knez Mihajlova street, Kalemegdan Fortress, Skadarlija (the bohemian quarter). The guests can find various food and drink options at nearby restaurants, cafes, and pubs. Some of the top-rated dining places are in this area. There is a 24/7 grocery store down on the corner.

The Apartment Tea is a cozy apartment in a new building. The building is secured with a modern electronic entrance door and elevator. There are parking spaces in front of the building where parking is done on a "first come first served" basis. There is almost always a free parking space. The apartment has a security entrance door and everything is new in it. It is well equipped, has cable TV and internet, a coffee machine, and much more. Look at the pictures and judge for yourself.

Belgrade story

The apartment is full renovated a few months ago and everything is brand new. In the bedroom there is a large comfortable double bed and one big sofa bed in the living room. All in discreet led light. In the kitchen you can enjoy a modern flat-screen cooker, oven, refrigerator with freezer, dishwasher and washing machine and a large bar table. The bathroom is glazed with marble ceramics, it is very compact and clean. The bathroom is equipped with a hairdryer, towels, hygiene sets.

Apartment Ena is located just 30 meters from the Royal Palace, the residence of the Karađorđević dynasty, and 500 meters from the U.S. Embassy. The building offers free parking spaces in front. My guests will be checked in online at the police station. Apartment is within a walking distance to the city centre (2 km to Saint Marks Church) and is well connected with trams. Nearby is a market, bakeries, rastaurants. The main street called Bulevar kralja Aleksandra is very famous street with lots of shops, cafes and historical buildings. My apartment is in an old building, on the 3. floor (by serbian standards high ground floor is uncountable), no elevator.
