Apartment "Main House" The apartment consists of a porch, a hall, a small bathroom with shower and toilet, a pantry, a bedroom with two beds, another bedroom with three beds and a large kitchen. The apartment is fully furnished and equipped with articles of daily use like dishes, towels, bedclothes and so on. All existing devices (TV, radio, dishwasher, electric kitchen stove, microwave, coffee machine, refrigerator, hairdryer, washing machine, iron and ironing board) can be used. In order to protect the environment hot water is heated by a solar system. Also, the power used is largely produced by a photovoltaic system. In winter the apartment is heated with an Pellet central heating but can also be heated with a wood stove. Firewood is provided. Wireless internet is available free of charge. There is also a second apartment named “Stüberl” in the former farmhouse. The second apartment can be rented separately.

Am nebenliegenden Schacherteich und den angrenzenden Bundesforsten kommen nicht nur (zukünftige) Hobbyfischer/innen, sondern auch alle Naturliebhaber/innen auf ihre Kosten. Egal ob für kurze Wochenendausflüge oder längere Aufenthalte; als Familientrip, Pärchen-Getaway oder eine Auszeit allein - dieses kleine Häuschen hat für jede Kombi etwas zu bieten.

Romantisches Mühlhaus an der Thaya

Dieses mindestens 500 Jahre alte Mühlhaus besticht durch die einzigartige ruhige Lage, direkt an der Thaya. Sie bewohnen eine kleine Wohnung im Mühlhaus, mit separaten Eingang, im Süden gelegen, mit Vintage-Flair, das möchte ich dazu sagen. Die Wohnung ist nicht neu, aber gemütlich. Dafür gibt´s auch einen alten Küchenofen, mit dem man einheizen kann, Holz ist ausreichend vorhanden, sowie einen Kaminofen mit Sichtfenster für gemütliche Abende. Der Innenhof lädt zum Entspannen am Abend ein.

Od juna 2017. godine vam možemo ponuditi i ovaj novi prilagođeni apartman za odmor. Nalazi se na drugom spratu i ima veliku terasu odmah ispod našeg jedinstvenog slatkog kestena. Zatim pogledate u dvorište i u neke od naših kutija za konje. Kao vrlo posebna ponuda, također imamo priliku povesti vašeg konja na odmor sa nama!

Potkrovlje na starom imanju

Ovo potkrovlje se nalazi u potkrovlju farme s četiri strane, nekadašnjeg imanja iz 18. vijeka. Njegova lokacija izvan puta i smještena na valovitim brežuljcima visoravni Waldviertel nudi opuštajuću tišinu i pristup jednom od najbolje očuvanih prirodnih krajolika u Austriji.
