Additional warm shower out the back to clean off the salt and sand is a real asset

Kipling Cottage

Location, location, location! A hop, skip and jump to Waihi Beach's famous Flat White cafe. II's a little winner - almost brand new with all the comforts in a home away from home. There are two bedrooms - one with a queen bed and the other a double, large bathroom, and a kitchen with all amenities. It's a short walk to the shops, hotel and RSA....and so close to the beach! BBQ available plus all other amenities to make for a relaxing stay!

Homewood Cottage

Homewood cottage is situated in a private garden behind the main homestead “Homewood”. Homewood was built in 1876 by Dr Thomas Fletcher and was the original farm house in the area. The cottage was built in the early 1900s when the property was owned by George Alley a well known philanthropist. Guests can enjoy the private lawn and garden around the cottage, and wander down the hedgerow to the pond overlooking the Tauranga harbour.

Private, self-contained, cosy modern cottage on semi-rural orchard location adjacent to Katikati township. Panoramic views with small deck, BBQ & swimming pool available. Very comfortable queen sized bed & portacot on request. Sofa bed available for extra guests. Ample parking for motorhome or caravan. Breakfast food provided for the first morning of stay. Pets not allowed.
