Our serene studio is a welcoming & cosy home away from home. Independent from our main house with its own entry & off-street parking , the open plan living area includes a full kitchen and opens onto a private outdoor setting with BBQ. Décor is modern with natural colours and the woodburner makes your stay comfortable all year round. The bedroom has a comfortable queen size bed with ensuite and in the morning you can listen to the birds while supping on a complimentary tea, coffee or hot choc.

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. Located 5 minutes walk from the lake and 20 minutes walk to Wanaka town. This adorable and very warm winter cabin, with stunning views and spa, is part of our 25-acre property, located behind The Lookout Lodge, at the manager's residence. This rustic, cute cabin has a queen bed, and a separate private bathroom with an outside hot shower house just next to the cabin. There is also a private spa where you can enjoy amazing star gazing as you soak! You’ll love this cabin because of its unique location, awesome shower, stunning scenery, and taste of kiwi farm life.

Anaka

This architectural luxury warm and modern 3/4 bed home plus studio is close to Wanaka, the local trails, the lake and the river. It has expansive mountain views, a huge lawn and privacy. The house is perfect for winter & summer with an underfloor heating and cooling. Enjoy the gas fired hot tub, sauna, ice bath and shower after a day out on the mountain or the lake. There's also plenty of fun and fitness options too including a trampoline, outdoor games, treadmill and yoga/gym equipment.

New built and beautifully furnished, with new quality bed from MacKenzie and Willis. Self contained, the apartment is very quiet, close to town, 2.3km from town centre (25 min walk or 5 min drive), private entrance. Fully equipped kitchen, laundry, smart TV, Netflix, heat pump warmth in winter and air conditioning in summer. Base camp, Cardrona Corner is just a two min walk , fancy popping out for a drink, snack/small meal/movie. Cardrona/TC ski fields 25 mins away. Come and enjoy!

The Chalet is located high on Mount Iron and offers magnificent views of Lake Wanaka and the surrounding mountains. Set in trees, it is private and peaceful, accessed by a guest lift which will carry you and your bags up the hill. Driftwood has been lovingly hand built by the owners with artisan touches. Furnished for your comfort with a luxurious King bed. On the deck there's a large 2 person sized hot bath (no jets) with views to the mountains for your relaxation .
