Our large Victorian house is in a quiet leafy road in South Liverpool It contains a comfortable basement flat, with a separate and private entrance. You can also park directly outside. It is only a ten minute taxi ride from Liverpool airport and on direct bus and train routes ( 10 minutes ) into the city centre. Sefton park is close by, as is Lark Lane , with a range of vibrant cafes and restaurants We live close to Grassendale park and it's only a 10 minute walk to the river Mersey.

Fieldview Cottage is a charming 100 year old cottage in Comberbach village, a lovely semi-rural location surrounded by countryside and yet well connected, 4 miles from junction 10 on the M56, 35 mins to Chester and 30 mins to Manchester airport. The local pub is a 5 mins walk and serves great food. Popular Marbury Park is close by. The village has a post office offering local essentials. The Hollies Farm shop is close by and is a great local shop to stock up on all fresh groceries.

The bright living room has a wood-burning stove and TV, while the dining room leads to a modern kitchen with bifold doors to the secure garden. The “Guest Studio” is at the end of our garden and therefore separated over 100 yards from our main house. You will have your own separate entrance and there is a guest private parking space immediately outside. The “Guest Studio” overlooks our garden which you are more than welcome to use in the vicinity of the “Studio”.
