Close to everything in Northwest Arkansas, right off I-49 for great access, yet very secluded in a quiet neighborhood with a private dock on Lake Elmdale. 3 bedrooms and 1 pull out couch. Pet friendly! Fenced in backyard. Dock access is steep. This is not a swimming lake. Lake level can fluctuate and be stained after rains. Algae or moss may be present in spring or summer, but it is a beautiful lake full of wildlife. Huge patio overlooking the lake.

Obavezno dovezite čamac/kanu/kajak, s dvije rampe za brodove na pješačkoj udaljenosti uvijek ćete imati mjesto za parkiranje kada je jezero zauzeto! :) Naša brvnara se nalazi u krugu od 20 minuta od Univerziteta u Arkansasu, Bentonvilleu i mnogim drugim žarištima NWA. Također smo u neposrednoj blizini mnogih odličnih sistema staza za brdski biciklizam u Novom Južnom Walesu.
