This beautiful, historic Victorian building is on a short walking distance to Franklin Plaza, one of Troy's most popular wedding and events venues. This apartment was remodeled with a balance of classic and modern design, featuring original brick, a marble fireplace, beautiful, plastered crown molding and medallions. For security reason we have cameras in the hallways of the first and second floor, outside the front door, outside the back door.There is no cameras inside of the listed units .

Waterford has some old school Diner's We are located right in the center of so many locations! R.P.I is only 15 mins! Russel sage is 20 mins! Hudson Valley is 25 mins! All Hospitals are 10 to 25 mins away for the nurses! 1GB INTERNET!
