Studio aan woonboot aan rand van Amsterdam

Ben je de stad even zat? Op zoek naar een bijzondere bestemming voor een vakantie in eigen land? Ik verwelkom je graag op mijn unieke locatie middenin de landerijen van Waterland. Op slechts 15 minuten vanaf het centrum van Amsterdam, en op een steenworp afstand van het pittoreske Broek in Waterland, ligt mijn woonark. Om het erf te bereiken maak je gebruik van een klein pontje, om zo de Broekervaart over te steken. Het pontje is overigens privébezit, en wordt alleen door mijn gasten gebruikt.

Private farm guesthouse in nature (near Amsterdam)

Our cozy guesthouse offers the best of 2 worlds. You are in a lovely quiet place in the middle of nature with a view of meadows and forest. If you're lucky you'll be face to face with a cow from the house. But you are also only 15 minutes away from the lively capital Amsterdam. The guesthouse is very private at the back of our site at a good distance from our typical Dutch farmhouse. We live here with our 2 kids and our 2 dogs (who walk around freely). Peace & quiet, relaxation, plenty to do!

Spacious house with great views near the city!

Our beautiful spacious and bright corner house is located in the green and tranquility rural area of Amsterdam-North, in the picturesque village of Ransdorp.. An ideal base for visiting Amsterdam and for cycling or walking in the beautiful Dutch countryside. In about 15 minutes by car you are in the center of the city, and in 10 minutes there is the shopping center Buikslotermeerplein, and metro station Noord. Volendam, Edam and Marken are easily accessible. We only rent to family’s.

Geheel voorhuis Uitdam

Zie de zon opkomen boven het meer tijdens een verfrissende ochtendduik, en ondergaan bij een knisperend vuurtje boven de uitgestrekte weilanden. Nieuw voorhuis aan de Zeedijk in Uitdam met uitzicht op het Markermeer en een tuin met uitzicht over de weilanden. Geschikt voor 2 volwassenen en twee (jonge) kinderen. Het prachtige Uitdam ligt dichtbij Amsterdam (20 min met de auto, 30 min met ov). Wissel een bezoek aan de stad af met wandelen, fietsen en watersport in de natuur.

Churchview cottage

Get cozy and settle into this rustic space in a quiet and historic village and be in down town Amsterdam in 15 minutes. The place is situated in the center of an old 16th century Dutch village. It is a five minute walk to the bus station and a 10 minute bus ride to Amsterdam. Buses go very frequent. It has all the comfort you need for a longer stay including cooking facilities and a washing machine. Obviously free wifi an acces to various TV streaming services.

A slice of paradise near Amsterdam &electric boat)

This old-Dutch farm house is situated on a little island with it's own bridge. With the city on a 15 minutes distance, you'd be surprised of the calm and serene atmosphere. We offer the use of an electric boat to explore the surroundings. The surrounded nature is ideal for ice skating, cycling and boat trips. We have a canoe you can use in front of the house. It's great to combine your trip to Amsterdam with the relaxing environment of Watergang Very family friendly

Woning in landelijk Amsterdam

Sfeervolle woning met mooie tuin in het landelijke gedeelte van Amsterdam. A'dam Centrum, Monninckendam, Edam zijn vanuit hier perfect bereikbaar! Ons huis heeft een grote woonkamer met eetgedeelte en een keuken met kookeiland en ontbijtplek. Boven zijn twee slaapkamers, waarvan 1 met tweepersoonsbed en voor de andere slaapkamer kan gekozen worden tussen een tweepersoonsbed of 2 losse bedden. De moderne badkamer heeft een regendouche en dubbele wastafels.

Lovely family home day & night!

Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun! The downstairs offers an open kitchen and dining space, with living area and TV. The double patio doors open up to our garden with two benches and a table perfect for outdoor eating. Plus kids can doodle with chalks on the patio while parents enjoy a gin & tonic on the cosy seating. We just installed a new bathroom! Plus you're 5 minutes from the beach and 20 mins from Amsterdam!!

Heerlijk huis met tuin vlakbij Amsterdam

In het oude centrum van karakteristiek en unique Broek in Waterland in een in 2017 opnieuw gebouwde schuur achter de boerderij. Geheel eigen woning met toegang (zelf in-check). Split-level met privé tuin. Beneden (24 m2) is de woonkamer met bank, mini keuken, eethoek en aparte badkamer en wc. Op de vide is de slaapkamer met 2-persoons bed, genoeg kastruimte, hang en leg. Wifi aanwezig. Er zijn twee fietsen (Veloretti) te huur, 10,- per fiets per dag.

Brand new! Very tastefully decorated studio with panoramic views in a rural area, yet a stone's throw from Amsterdam. The studio is located in the garden of a beautiful modern houseboat (which can sometimes also be booked during the summer holidays, if you're lucky!) on the other side of the Broekervaart and borders the meadows. The studio is accessible by its own private cable ferry. Free parking is available directly on the dike opposite the plot.

Guesthouse de Rokerij

Vrijstaand gastenverblijf in de binnenstad van het pittoreske stadje Monnickendam. Op de plaats waar vroeger de rookhokken van de haring en makreel stonden, is in 2021 een modern en vrijstaand gastenverblijf gebouwd. U heeft een eigen opgang met een tuin. 2 slaapkamers en 2 badkamers, airco, keuken, wasmachine/droger maken uw verblijf comfortabel en aangenaam. Er is een steiger op 20 meter afstand l waar uw boot kan liggen.
