There are a number of scenic walks to explore from the annex. Crewkerne-a few minutes away has Waitrose, lidl, Boots, Savers & Poundland.

Clapper Hay Annex

The Annex provides a completely self contained accommodation with it's own entrance and external keybox, enabling independent access. Fully refurbished self catering accommodation in a conservation area on the edge of Merriott village. Ideal for vacationing, users of the National Cycle path (30) or business users. The property is not suitable for pets. An 'exterior only' CCTV camera is fitted to the main house, to maintain the security on the driveway approach to the Annex.

Sunnyside at Waterhouse Farm is a spacious farmhouse on our working farm in West Dorset, surrounded by fields and woodland. The house has a fenced garden and easy access to miles of local footpaths. Downstairs features a cosy sitting room with wood burner, an open-plan kitchen and dining area, plus a utility room with cloakroom.

The modern newly built luxurious self contained annexe is located on the ground floor, with its own front door to the right hand side of the main house. Guests will be greeted with external seating to the front, There is private off road parking for 2 vehicles with ramped access up to the front door, we also have a Key safe to the right of the front door, code available on request for late /Early access etc.
