Converted barn loft room offering good size couple/family space with en suite. Tea and coffee making facilities along with a small fridge and toaster. (No Kitchen). Hot tub available on request with at least 24 hours notice. £30 cash payment will be required on arrival. There are facilities to wash off and dry wet suits and boards and to dry wet clothes.

Our guest house is situated atop a hill with panoramic views of the surrounding scenery and historic Tarka Trail. Fully self-contained building, patio and parking area. The Garden Room is but a stones throw from the Tarka Trail which provides over 70 miles of traffic-free cycling or walking. The North Devon coast and it’s beaches are a short drive away.

Blackbird barn is set in rolling Devon countryside within easy reach of Great Torrington, Bideford and Barnstaple. Situated within our grounds the barn is self contained and separate from the main house. The accommodation includes a comfortable and cosy sitting room with dining area, a well equipped kitchen, a downstairs bathroom and a double bedroom upstairs.
