Located 25 minutes from London Marylebone by use of Chiltern Railway Services at Gerrards Cross Station (10-15 minute walk from property) and no more than 40 minute drive from London Heathrow. We have some lovely pubs and a great farm shop selling local produce. And Oxford is only 15 mins away!

We invite you to stay in our spacious 1-bedroom apartment in central Wallingford. Situated on the second floor of a historic building in the beautiful town square. The apartment has one bright and airy bedroom with a comfortable King size bed, a modern bathroom with shower over bath and a well appointed kitchen/lounge/diner. The convenient location is ideal for exploring Wallingford, Oxford and the surrounding areas. With allocated parking it is the perfect retreat for a memorable stay.

Self Contained Annex

My place is close to public transport (Bramley train station), the fantastic countryside of Watership Down and the Roman ruins of Silchester. Access is very direct from the M3 or M4 with Basingstoke or Reading being our local towns. You’ll love our quiet location and cosy, self contained accommodation. Our place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travellers or small families (with kids). We have direct access to Pamber Forest via our rear paddocks that adjoin the property.

The Coach House is a beautiful, light & airy studio that features a spacious layout of off-white walls, high ceilings, and hardwood floors. Relax on the sofa as sunlight streams in through the window and curl up with a book on the plush rocking chair. It is the perfect base for couples (with or without babies) wishing to discover the Cotswolds. It is a 10-15 minute walk to the town centre, is a mere two minutes walk to Burford's famous Garden Company & is 2 miles from The Farmer's Dog.

Our newly renovated self contained studio is attached to our home and is situated on the outskirts of the picturesque village of clifton Hampden. We are a five minute walk from the Thames footpath which is perfect for enjoying this beautiful stretch of the river either towards Wallingford or Oxford. The studio has an equipped kitchen area and separate shower room. There is parking and the studio has its own separate entrance. The decor is modern and clean with a cosy ambiance.

Within 5 minutes drive of Highclere Castle (Downton Abbey) set in the North Wessex area of outstanding natural beauty on the edge of a dark sky area. Close to Newbury, 1 hour to Oxford, Windsor, Bath, Winchester and Stonehenge. London 1 hour by train from Newbury Station 15 minutes away. There are a variety of places to eat close by ranging from cosy pubs to fine dining restaurants. Vine Annex sleeps 4 one king sized double, one single and one small single in twin room.

The Hoppy Annexe is a self-contained space, set in a little garden on a peaceful road with free parking, a 15-20 minute walk down the hill to Henley town centre. It is suitable for either a single person or a couple - there's a standard sized double bed, ensuite bathroom with shower and a small kitchenette. Beautiful countryside walking routes are just a minutes away and Henley town centre, with its shops, cafes, restaurants and river front is within easy reach.
