Long Barn is a newly renovated apartment on a private countryside estate, set in an AONB in some of England’s most beautiful countryside. It is situated on a quiet country lane on the edge of Winterbourne, yet within easy reach of the M4 & A34 and the local market towns of Newbury and Hungerford, with good links to Oxford, Reading and Swindon. London is only 42 mins by train. We are lucky to have several superb restaurants, charming country pubs, and a local farm shop all within just 3 miles.

Room with private bathroom, own entrance & parking

Bright and private double room on ground floor, with Netflix. Safe driveway parking. The room has a separate entrance and a private ensuite bathroom, fridge, electric cooking hob and microwave. University, RBH and Reading town within a walking distance, TVP a short drive. There is no outside space, but a nice neighbourhood with shops, botanical gardens, and museums is within a short walk. If you need both beds, please note there'll be very little floor space left. Our quiet hours are 11pm-6am.

Inkpen Cottage, just like "the holiday" film, with annexe and extension making it very stylish and quirky. Located at the highest point of the beautiful village of Inkpen just below Combe Gibbett and the Berkshire Downlands. The Cottage is a new house in a seventeenth century beamed one with incredible views from the garden. The countryside is spectacular with more horse, bikes and paragliders passing by than cars...Dog safe Garden! The annexe is ideal for kids / grandparents

Goring River Retreat with Gym and Wellness area

Situated in the heart of Goring, enjoy easy access to local shops, restaurants and cafes from this perfectly located home. Within the grounds of one of Goring's iconic old houses, this newly built annex is a stones throw from the river and just a 10min walk from the train station. There is ample parking onsite, with free car charging. A first-floor annexe with separate and secure access. The annexe was built in 2023 and is in excellent condition. The accommodation comprises of an open plan bedroom and sitting area with a kingsize bed, sofa & TV. There is an integrated kitchen and a separate bathroom. The annexe over looks the garden and private drive in a quaint rural village less than 10 minutes drive from Hungerford. The village is surrounded by rolling countryside and boasts a fantastic local pub.

We are situated in the Eastern Chequers of the city, within a short walk of the Cathedral, Market square (Saturday market), Theatre, Arts Centre, Everyman cinema and Train station. There is a secure parking space for guests and use of gym (at guest’s risk). Unfortunately we cannot accommodate babies or children.
