Sustainably converted in 2024 using local wood and sea stones, the cabin was designed to capture the Caribbean Sea’s breezes and views. Unwind on the wraparound porch. Gaze at the stars while bathing in the indoor/outdoor shower. With a roots-rock-reggae Jamaican vibe, this cabin offers a relaxed escape to nature.

Ocean Breeze House 2bed/2bath

Ocean Breeze House occupies a private corner of Brimhole estate, the home offers 2 bedrooms with their own living room areas and en suite, and are joined with a shared space in the kitchen at the entrance. Both bedrooms are primary rooms, with individual access to the patio. This home offers its own entrance to the Caribbean sea and diving platform directly in front of the house. This home is great for friends or traveling couples who need a little more privacy. This home has a parking space.

Breadfruit-Designers Cottage w 2 beds West End

Welcome to the west end, the quiet end. Where locals know your name, and the ocean crashes against the cliffs. It's about a 15 min ride to the beach. The first cottageof 5 inna the yaad, it backs onto the pool- great for midnite swims! The kitchen is very large and fills the porch backing onto the pool, the front porch is the living area with two daybeds. The cottage has AC inside but not in the porches. We are an adult only retreat, no children and only registered guests please. Irie

Little Bird Cottage @ High Cove

We are operating as normal after Hurricane Melissa! The West End is in top shape! Little Bird is located on High Cove property, nestled on a pristine swimming cove on the famous West End. There are 2 other cottages on the property that can be rented separately, or jointly for groups of up to 15. A stone's throw away from the world-renowned Rick's Cafe, restaurants/watering holes, and has incredible sunsets. 10mins drive to Negril's vibrant Seven Mile Beach. A secluded and romantic getaway.

Scott's Splashrock-Studio One

The Studio One room at Splashrock Deep West is named after the famous Jamaican music studio, this unique room has a bit of a musical theme. It has a kitchenette, smart TV & an additional futon couch/bed. The veranda and hammock are nice chill spots. It is one of four different/unique/private vacation rentals on this property. Sunset and sunrise are amazing from the waterfront. Walk to local restaurants and bars on the quiet cliff side of Negril. This is a hidden gem on the west end.
